Well you know the State of Georgia thought just that way. Because they thought that because they had my computer and no one was answering my letters or helping me on the street that they was the only ones that knew what was going on. So they figured that as long as I was writing and telling what I knew they could cover -up all the evidence and make what I was saying all lies. And than have people think that I was a mental patient so that they would not pay me or they would be the ones to handle my money and whitefolks would have control of the City of Savannah useing my money to build it bigger. They must have miss understood what I was saying when I wrote in my blog that Cobra the investigation computer was my computer and protection. Oops, I miss worded it wrong Cobra is my idea my computer is call a fun computer , that which they have is my protection they are two different computers. The public has Cobra to investigate and what I write is put into Cobra to verify the truth,it the truthfinder it in the invention on my blog. So all the time even in prison the State of Georgia was useing the GBI to receive my letters so that they would know what I knew about Coffee County Prison so that they would cover it up while falsifying my record trying to make me a mental patient. They even asked me who all I had written to when I was at Phillips State Prison. Because I was told over the system that they maxed out mental patients. And they proved that they was trying to make me a mental patient by falsifying records on the street stating just that . So by them keeping my life on hold is because they have removed all of the evidence. And the media made public that they was going to shame the President and this would have been the way. Because they thought there was no way to prove anything as long as I never got my computer. I can't say who is involved because I don't have the computer but the public knows. So if the media is invovled than I guess I'll be put on the list with Michael Jackson and O.J Simpson and never can get any media time. I guess that makes me "Guilty By Prejudice, Innocent By law"( Read below ). They had a plan to make everything I was saying a lie. Because there would have been no proof of nothing. Now this is the part when everybody starts screeming, when asked. Then why is it that you kept the man life on hold all these years.

It is unbelieveable what is going on.I ran into a old lady last night at Chatham Apartment that was in the back hall of the building near the laundry room door. She told me that she wanted to know if the back door was locked because she had to sleep back there because they put her out because of what they wouldn't fix. People are being sent letters like this one below claiming that they all so sent one to the front office of the building,but they never recieve one. The highrise is Chatham Apartment is for mental health patient and Tideland Mental health was once in the back of it.You have to have a disability to get into the highrises in Savannah. They no longer have Tideland Mental Health ,but the State of Georgia has come up with 44 Medical Art as for mental health connected to Gateway Mental Health. I also told them in the note to have the police there and the TV Stations. On Friday at 11:45 A.M. I was right on schedule. But there was no police waiting are never did the media come. FORMER GA. SENATOR ARRESTED IN ATLANTA

A former state senator who represented Savannah and still has ties to the area was arrested Friday at Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport after being on the lam from authorities for the last month.
Former Sen. Roy Allen III initially was detained by Bahamian immigration authorities Thursday, according to Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Bahamian authories deemed him an undesirable and expelled him from the country.
He was flown to Atlanta on Friday, where he was arrested about 3 p.m. on charges he violated his parole by taking money from inmate's families to help with their own parole requests. An arrest warrant for Allen charges him with two technical violations: failure to check in with his parole office and failure to pay restitution.
Considered a fugitive since early March, Allen is believed to have hidden out in Cuba and Nassau, Bankhead said. Bankhead said he doesn't know whether Allen was in Savannah area.
The Board of Pardons and Paroles got the arrest warrant for Allen after he failed to erport to his parole officer in March 2002.
The GBI has been investigating wheather Allen illeally presented inmate requests to the state Board of Pardons and Paroles.State law says only licensed lawyers maybe paid for appearing or practicing before the parole board.
Allen has said he counseled inmates while serving time on his own charges but never took money to present inmate requests to the parole board, The Associated Press reported.
The Metro Fugitive Squad tracked Allen as he ran from the United States to Havana to nassau, Bahamas, according to the GBI.
Allen serve in the Legislature for more than a decade but was sent to prison for three years for swindling law clients out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The investigation by Metro Fugitive Squad tracked Allen's movements from the United States to Havana, Cuba and than to Nassau. The MFS was assisted by the U.S. Embassy in Nassau, U.S. Diplomatic Secrurity, United States Marshals Service for the Northern District of Georgia, and the U.S. Marshals International Investigations Unit headquartered in Washington,D.C.

Time Line

*In 1982, Roy Allen III was elected to 127th Georgia House after serving two years on the Chatham County Commission. In 1990, he was elected to the state Senate. About a year later, The Internal Revene Service filed a $ 49.000 lien against Allen for taxes, interest and penalties.Allen later paid off the debt. In 1994 citing the illness of his father and his son, he decided not to run for reelection and switched to the Republican Party.
* In 1997, while representing Billy Medlock, a police officer busted in cocaine sting, Allen told Judge B. Avant Edenfield he was giving up his law license for violation of a client's money. Medlock dropped him as his lawyer.
* Later, Allen was jailed by Pro-Tem Probate Judge Robert E. Falligant Jr. for contempt of court. Falligant wanted collateral for restitution Allen claimed he could make in a current case. Allen refused.
* Falligant also ordered Allen to payed $ 25,000 in another probate case and be jailed for contempt of court if he didn't make restitution. Allen stayed out of jail by appealing the order to pay. he pleaded guilty to 13 counts of theft and was sentence to 15 years, 10 years to serve.
* He was released on parole in 2001. About a year later, he was investigated by the Board of Pardons and Paroles for improperly taking money for counseling inmates seeking parole and practicing law without a license.

The single- vote practice came under public scrutiny with the Sept. 27 arrest of former state Sen. Ralph David Abernathy III. Abernathy, on parole for earlier fraud convictions, was charged with violating that parole by taking fees from inmate's supporters in exchange for promising to win the inmates early release.
"Our office was not even aware of the existence of the one- vote policy until the most recent allegations against Abernathy came to light," said Russ Willard, Baker's spokesman.
A probe by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation revealed that parole board member Betty Ann Cook had unilaterally moved up the release date of a convicted car thief at Abernathy's request.Cook said she didn't know Abernathy had allegedly been paid $30,000 to influence her decision.

I have sent two certified letters and numerous e-mail and no one has had the audacity to send me an answer to any of them. Leaving my life on hold with no understanding of what to do are how to get my life together without a social sercurity number to obtain any financial or medical help. I first sent a certified letter to you in January of 2004 and was answered February 25, 2004.This is the answer that I received (Read July15, 2005 Entitled The Answer to the Certified Letter to The President). The purpose for writing the certified letter is because I went to Bank of America in downtown Savannah on the square at that time and I talked to the manager of that bank and told her what was going on. And she looked it up in their computer and verified that the money was there. And than I was asked who give it to me and I told her The President George W. Bush. So her response was to get a letter from you and she would give me my money. But I wasn't sent the letter that I needed because of this system being on me and these criminals that are behind them are the only ones that tells me what the computer that they have in Coffee County Prison is doing and the information it is giving.They are counteracting everything that I do because they see everything that I'm doing. I can't understand, that if this is a hate crime why is it that whitefolks even have the system. It's not a hate crime it's just made to look that way because they was paying people to keep it quiet and not talk to me, or allow me to have legal counselor. Because I have all of the proof that was gathered and given to me in prison to prove everything. Paying people off is getting widespread here because it also happened in the Jennifer Ross case. They paid a known crack head and two convicted felons to testify against the accussed. You can't pay anyone to testify against anyone in Superior Court especially when they have felony records. I'm still waiting 653-B East Duffy Street.

In Colorado and Florida 2.5 beer is sold in convenient stores and in the super markets only.
All of the hard are real alcohol is sold in the liquor store. In these places that are doing this it is helping in cleaning up the neigborhoods of these towns. And it also cuts down on highway alcohol related accidents. I think that it is about time that Georgia for one give it a try.

Now because I've been violated in the prison by the government I'm being Branded. I can't get nothing and I'm living a life of Hell. Because we do stand for good and forbid evil even if it's against ourself. I can't get health insurance so that is also a treat against my life. We all have heard stories about Rags to Riches.But have you ever heard the one about the man that was poor and went from poor to nothing all because of criminals in government.Well,that is what my story is all about.You see, for one reason the BIG government set a bad example for the small government by having all white governments.When black have been fighting for civil rights for all of this time. The NAACP needs to come from the dead and live again.We can't Advance if we practice separation. All people are of the one race which is the Human race. The late Martin Luther King has laided the foundation and now the structure is yours to build.National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is of use no more. We have begin to know who we really are. I'm sure if Dr. King was with us today the name would have long been changed by now. You don't show progress by remaining the same. If the wheel was still made of stone it would be a bumpy ride. NAAAP National Association for the Avancament of All People. Why I say All People? Is because in order to annihilate hatred we must come together right now. And the big government portray the image that only white people can do what they are doing . And because of that all governments see them as hating and follow the big government.It's got to stop.Power is not proven by flixing your muscles it is prove by how good you are at out talking,out thinking or out smarting your oppontent.That is the game of Chess. But we are not playing a game we are trying to live a way of life. and the only way to do that is to be as one. Anybody today can be President so what do that say. It says that everyone is a leader.Now after saying all of that let me see if I can get back to the subject in which I was talking about.

My name is Lloyd Paige EF 409414.I wrote you a letter Feb.17,2003 which I have yet to get a response to it. I,m too illegal in the prison system to be ignored like I have been for the past year.This can cost alot of people alot of trouble.I have been writing to the Commissioner of the Department of Corrections,three letters about my violation starting in January of 2002,ending March 13, 2003.I've also wrote to the Parole Board about eight times on the same subject in the past year,not receiving any reply on the matter.So to make along story short I'm writing to you to let you know what this is all about,andwhy mywhole record was falsified.I Know you may have never seen them but that is what I was violated for.It all started in Coffee County Prison.I aws violated because of a halogram I saw in that prison.And because of that I was told that they had kidnapped my family and had them in that prison.And what I saw in the halogram was a brainscan machine that had been modified.And what I saw it do is burn a cast on the face and left leg of people.These people had been theatening my life.And have been following me around my entire sentence .Through five prisons in a three and ahalf year period with a tracking system.Which can be viewed on this website www.fortune500trackingsystem.com/diagphragm/animalpenissystem .All of these things were and still are being used on me.Because the system that they are using talks in thin air and it followed the prison radios and only I can hear them talking and they can hear me.I was tranfered from Central State Prison in March of 2002,in which I should have been released at that time.There are two bodies in Coffee County Prison that I know of ,that are in the dungeon where the machine is.They tried to help me and they were killed because of it.Their names are Leslie Anderson EA 417327 and D.R. Hamon which he had told me his people owned that prison.He even give me his cell phone number 1-800-DR-Hamon.And there maybe some inmate that bodies maybe there as well.The machine was left unplugged for over a year and now the radiation from it is keeping the door leading to the monitor room sealed,so I was told.You would have to go through that door to get to the dungeon.So there you have it,that is what have kept me in the prison system.There are invoices to those systems.And maybe can be veiwed at D.Ray James Account in that prison.Something needs to be done because the radiation is hot.People with copies of letters are the FBI, Att.Odell Harris and Cynthia Tucker.

Released from prison only to become imprison in a free society in Georgia.Taking all of my rights away from me so that I wouldn't be able to possess any thing.The reason for this is to cover-up what they had done to me at Coffee County Prison.Which was they put radiation into my food which caused me to become contaminated which by doing so enables them to see through my eyes and read my mind and see my dreams.And they thought that I couldn't prove what happen and I was put out of Grace House after being told those exact words,that I couldn't prove a thing that I was saying. Little did they know that it was on x-ray that Phillips State Prison had taken of me when I want to medical there for pain in the lower body.And what showed,showed up in the form of gases in which the radiologist took to the Head radiologist to see.So they kept everyone from knowing about my profile so that I would have to work and in doing so I would have a heart attack because they knew that they was torchering me and know one would have known that I couldn't work.And the violation was all in my medical record because like I said before I was slandered on record and that was way it would have been found out.So they was keeping me from having money and medical insurance so that they wouldn't find out what was on my medical record and without money I would never be able to leave the State.So now they have denied me Medicaid in which this is what the law says.This torcher even cause me to cough.And so they continue to do it,cause I can't get away.

My Name is Lloyd Paige EF409414.I am writing to you because I have been on the US Department of Corrections and the US Postal Service website since April 15,2002.I was tranfered from Central State Prison in Macon,Ga.in March of 2002 to this camp,when I shouldn't have been moved.I'm in prison on a Habitual Violation charge for driving and not drinking and I am not a felon.I was given a five years sentence which stated January 5, 1999.So as of now I have bee in the prison system for ffour years and two months.I should have been released in April of 2002 because when I was placed on the US website my computer record was taken off at the same time.I have been writing Atlanta for a year without ever recieving an answer from them.I have also been writing the FBI in Atlanta in which my letters where being excepted at first and than starting in September of 2002 four of them was returned to me unanswered and unopened.I never recieved any answer from them either.Atlanta can't get me out because of the website s that I'm on.So I would like for you to check with Savannah's FBI so that they can find out what is going on with Atlanta's FBI.And why I am being held illegally for almost a year.Because the the money is in C&S Bank (now known as Bank Of America) in the name of Jamal Saleem Faatih which is also my legal name on record.On the Bank website if asked the question on the computer it will tell you.I was violated over nine times on record since 1999 during this sentence.And would have to be paid for any other violation on my record.And the Postoffice violated me by giving my mail out to someone without a warrant.my home is Savannah Ga.And all of my family lives there.they are Betty L.McIver family and rufus L. Miller.I would appreciate it if you would talk to them and let them know that I an alright.There address is 524 West Victory Drive.

I have been watching the new and what was said about denying crimials the right to be able to live in public housing is a violation of the law.That would be discriminating.They can't be denied because of there crimial background.Even when they leave prison all of their credit records are cleared by TopStep so that they can start new in society and they are given only twenty-five dollar apond release.So when they get out no matter what the crime is or how long they are locked-up,the year 3006 they would still be getting twenty-five dollars apond release.It should change because of the cost of living.And everyone that is locked-up don't mean that they did the crime.What about Sheriff Dorsey of Atlanta?Do you believe he is innocent or guilty?If he is guilty why would a man kill his running mate?That don't promise you the job.Black people are being setup.If criminal are denied public housing than what do you think they will do?Sleep on the streets and be up all night commiting crime.We must use common sense against the devil,because the devil has no common sense, G-D gives the devil nothing of good.It is taken away from him because he don't believe.Would you give someone something of good if they don't believe in you?I am the prime example of what is going on.They have commit nothing but crimes against me and because of their power I am the one who is paying for their crime.By having my rights taken away from me which is illegal and I,m not even a criminal.Read my whole story,go to google search and put in my name jasalfa.Read it by the date to get the story from the begining.Right now I,m in public housing and I have been paying rent through friends for a year which was fifty dollar and I had just gotten out of prison having no money.And as of 9/o5 they have been paying the whole rent but didn't give me a statement in writing. THEY ARE USING GOVERNEMENT AS A GET RICH QUICK SCHEME:

They think that they are the smartest people in the world and no one has any sense but them in government. We the public are dumb and ignorant according to their standards. They get in government for the soul purpose of doing favors for other people with money so that they can become rich. They have made it public that they take money after I wrote about Congress raising themself thirty thousand dollars just to keep those prisons quit. And they had to give back the money that the Lobbist tried to give them. And than they would sell anything for money. They sold to the public 50mm guns that can fire up to a mile in range. And you know if they sold the gun all they need is the shell to make the bullet. Do think that they are not selling that? You better believe that some crook in government will make money from doing that as well. Than when something happens because of what they did they try to blame it on someone else. They have let the State Of Georgia government change two times so that this would keep going on because new people wouldn't know what is going on. And now they are trying to do the same thing with the United States government so that it wouldn't get done again. They know that they have done so much wrong in governement until they are trying to keep me from getting my computer because they don't want black people to see who is the criminal and just how criminal they are in government. That is the reason they keep it all white. But little do they know that I know that the State of Georgia got illegal drugs in the State buildings in Atlanta and also there are drugs in Coffee County Prison and Money in the wall of the Dungeon. Newt Gingrich made public after they found out about my computer that they couldn't do business as usual. That tells you there that they are there doing criminal acts. And they keep prolonging giving me my computer and money trying to clean it up so that I wouldn't know who they are. But yet and still today I can't get a lawyer and the State of Georgia still list me as a homeless person because unless you can pay your own way you are listed as homeless. And Curtis Cooper has on my red card that I am self pay as if I have money to pay,and No insurance. They are playing games with my life and the public they are paying people to keep my life this way. But little do they know that the insurance that I have is Presidental Insurance and was signed by John F. Kennedy and given to my uncle at the Geneva Convention in the 60's and I inherited it because I was adopted by him.That why the G-8 summit was here, the G- stands for Geneva , 8 Nations of the Geneva Convention. This has had my life on hold since I was 46 years old. I went to court January 5, 1999 my 47th birthday was January 12, 1999. They made my life worst than it ever had been before I went to prison and I always kept myself a job because I started working at seventeen. My first job I got from EOA at that Golden Age Club when it was on Abercorn and 36th Street John fenny was the director of EOA at that time. Cut Art and Stone was my next job and Carey Hillard was my the very first job that I had stayed on for three year after that I kept a job.Change has got to come to governments unless the public will suffer because they will not pay me but you the public is paying my rent and giving me foodstamps since January 2004. They are making you pay. They have given my idea of the tranforming theater to Oprah Winfrey .It transforms by the touch of a button and you can see it transform on a viewer screem as it does it. Only difference is that they made only her stage transform when in my theater Every room in it transforms the basket ball court
the theater into a ballroom etc. And there will be more things to come that I have transformed. The Cars the the seats just go down at the push of a button rather than having to take out is my idea,Bose systems in Cadillic, mine Speakers that flip out in the back of hatchs mine. And the list goes on.

Bush dated January 14,2004, in which you allege that you have been denied your Longshoreman's Insurance and that you were violated by the courts in the State of Georgia because you signed a plea bargain and was given a jury trial. You state that you have requested and have been denied help from the FBI and legal aid offices. You futher request assistance in order to obtain relief from all offices. You futher request assistance in order to obtain relief from all other problems that have followed you. Your letter was fowarded to this office for review and response. We apologize for the delay in responding.


The criminal section of the Civil Rights Division has the responsibility of enforcing federal criminal civil rights statutes. The enforcement activity primarily involves deprivations of civil rights under color of law, and generally the use of excessive physical force by law enforcement officers.

BICYCLE COPS

This city is in trouble if all they can find for the rookies to do is stop people on bicycles for not having a light.This is the only city that do that,not even a small town like Brunswick Ga.There are cars riding around town with one light out,no rear view mirror and alot of other violation that can be enforced. Me, myself I can't afford to pay my rent,the bike I ride was brought for me by B&J Personal Care Homes.So how can I possiblily afford a light for a bike?This happen a the corner of Park Ave.& Atlantic,Time 7:55PM.I lost my Ga.ID so I had to use my prison ID in the name of Lloyd Paige.And they can only get limited information on the background and AKA Jamal Faatih.People don't understand that people who mostly ride bikes or homeless or can't get driver's license for one reason or another.Not that they be wanting to ride a bike it just that what ever maybe the reason they don't have a choice.This is a necessity other than having to walk for these peolpe.If I had a fancy car and because I'm black it would be the same way.Whitefolks mentality is that blacks are not suppose to have anything good unless they are doing some kind of crime to get it. Drive through Forsythe Georgia you'll see you will get stopped just as sure as hell.When will it all stop?My standard of living is lower than a homeless person and yet I'm homeless and still trying to help anyone I can with what I got while everyone else is reading this and keeping silent.Because of this being a white crime.If it was white on white as Watergate and the Clinton scandal they would have made the President pay long time ago.But since it is Black vs White we have a "RULE OF DIFFERENCE".There is a rule of difference when there are people who do crime out of necessity from those who do crime because they have money.And the poor are the one that suffer because they do it out of necessity because we (society)think that there is no need for people to do crime.What would you do if you was in a situation like mine?Mine is known ,but there are others that are not and no one want to listen to no one else problem.Now tonight on the National News CBS they are talking about the world's riches people.Ain't nobody's business how much money anyone has. You can't call a bank and be given the amount of money no one has. But they would disclose how much money they are paying you in sports and they do this only to blacks. Make you don't want to have money don't it? I lie there! But that is the way they want us to think. But on the real side people shouldn't be wanting to be known for the how much money they have,because you can't take it with you.It what you do with the money that you have you should want to be known for.Because giving is a blessing and a blessing you can take with you when you die.Money will stay right here.PEACE:

I don't know if you checked out the date of when this was written but look at the top and you will see. Now this in blue is something I'm writing today because they are still bicycle ,Cop-in. I was stopped today on my bike because I didn't stop for a "STOP" sign at the corner of Atlantic & Hamalton Ct. at 11:25 AM by APD D. Capps PR#00207 Div.P-3. Is it me or is it crazy for them to to give you a ticket to pay or go to court for a non licensed vehicle. I think to do this is robbing the public. There is no law that you can break on a bicycle if the law don't requirer a license for it. You can only give safety warning. They have even gone on people property and put a ticket on cars parked on private property and these car move everyday. They are saying that you can't park your car on your own property. That would be up to the home owner not the City of Savannah it's not on City property. They are wasting taxpayers money it take about four sheets of paper to write just one ticket. Why are they wasting our money writing ticket on bikes when there are more serious crimes going that they can't even solve? They should be working on that.
