This will serve to acknowledge receipt of your recent correspondence regarding the revocation of your driving privileges.
Be advised that pursurant to Georgia Code Section 40-5-58 of the Driver's Licensing Act,you have been declared an habitual violator based on three or more mandatory convictions within a five year period as meaured from the arrest dates. this is a five year revocation of your driver's license with no provision for early reinstatement.
You may be eligible to apply for habitual violation probationary driver's license on 12-18-99 upon clearing other suspension & been release, provided you are a Georgia licensee and a current resident of this state. You must also be citation free for two years as measured from date of arrest of the most recent citation.
You may be eligible for full reinstatement of your driver's license on 12-18-2002 provided you meet the reinstatement requirements.
