I told the TV station WSAV TV3 that the state was running an illegal government in 2004.Because the Governor Sonny Perdue was never inaugurated and that Former Governor Roy Barnes had won the election but had left office because of my letter.So that means that Governor Perdue was never sworn in.And also the Correctional Department all was fired for unknown reasons.Out of all the people that I wrote in government no one has ever answered me,not even the public.I guess it is true what they say,that a guilty conscious can't speak.Law abiding citizens took the side of the criminals.So now what do that make you?That makes them all criminals.Now they are all so ashame that they can't say nothing.Now all of this has caused me to become depressed,enough to have to go and get antidepressants from Copper Health.Now I'm on 50mg of Zoloft for depression.What they have done to me by refusing me the right to have anything because they committed a crime. And made me serve five years just for driving a car and still is being denied the rights to get my driver's license,is worst than killing a man.I had to even give up my volunteer job at the Personal Care Home because it was depressing to do my best helping people and no one was interested in helping me.That why I place all my trust in G-D,not in man.If you worship man than you will fear man.I worship G-D which is one and is Spirit.I don't worship Jesus Christ he was the S-O-N of man and the S-U-N of G-D.He was the light of G-D that is what they mean by S-U-N of G-d,The S-U-N not the S-O-N.Well now I have no income at all and my phone is off and I am just about to go eat at a shelter cause my food stamp have ran out. And I still need seven dollars to fill my other medicine.You may can keep me from having money but you can't stop me from living.It has always been whitefolks motto to keep blacks from having money,that is why alot of them die broke.They can work all of there life in Hollywood but when they die, they die broke with nothing to leave their family.It like Social Security you keep putting in but it's going broke and they don't want you to get nothing out,and it's your money.Now how is that?We are being HAD.

I have gone back to Social Security to apply for my disability benefits again, as of today I have 120 days to wait again.And they know that I don't and never had any income since I've been out. And that my rent is being paid in full by City government because it is EOA owned.With all of this on the web The President is not running this County.Who is running it is the people that wasn't caught that was involved in WATERGATE and they knew it.Because they was the ones that built Coffee County Prison and is running the County with the systems they took with them from CIA,because that is who they was.And they wanted revenge against the United States government because of WATERGATE, they could never be known of again.Unless they would do time.So they tried to take out the WTC the frist time after WATERGATE by trying to blow it up from the bottom,but it didn't work.So they used a plane to bring it down so that the government would pay for what they did to their life.And they was using the machine to try and change there identity,that is why it burned a cast on the face.And they experimented with other people to see what would happen.And I was used to bust it out because my insurance was read to them at Coffee County Prison and that is how I found out what my insurance can do.And they was controlling the Federal government in Georgia by tell the State that the Federal government was down sizing and merging with State government to remain large.And the State of Georgia brought it when they start making Georgia Federal Credit Unions,and was going to control the City of Savannah by making Chatham Federal Banks.The way this would work was the the State of Georgia would control the Federal government in Georgia and make the City of Savannah think that the Federal government would control the city of Savannah.In all the State would be controlling it all. The WATERGATE criminals is why the CIA ship was here,"Moon Raker". The movie came out right after WATERGATE.There is noway that four planes can be gotten on American soil by people who are not from this county.They used Homeland Security to get the planes and that is why they are here and I am fucked-up.They can't get me out of this shit.So they are waiting until election time to run like the State did,that was the reason I was maxed out.And my life now is on hold.

We can go to Congress and ask for money to fight wars and just about anything else that really don't benefit the America public.In fact thing that would help the public we can't find the money to keep them open,so they end up closed.And these are needed programs.You can't really know what it is to be poor and needy if you haven't experience it yourself.you can't just look at provety and say,I know what you are going through if you never have been provety skicken.We would rather spend billions of dollars to fight a war that is not really ours.Then to put billions in Education,are to find cures for disease.So to stop the "BULL" I am give up my Trillion Dollars from the good of mankind.

Can you remember when I ask the question of where did the money come from, the pay-off? Well guess what it was your hard earn tax dollars that the State of Georgia used to pay people off.And do you want to know what for? Well I'm going to tell you anyway,it is to cause trouble for the blacks and to keep me from being found out.Remember when the automobile gas was going up to almost four dollars a gallon.And the State of Georgia said that they took the taxes off the gas to bring it down.And then, when it was over they said that by doing that they lost millions of dollars.And soon after that they made public the giant check.Now I wonder, Where oh where did your tax dollars go,where oh where can it be.The State of Georgia don't have money like that to give a way.But what the pay-off was for is to cause black rent to be raised in public housing.Even Pic-a-low everyone should know him he's famous in Savannah, his rent is being raised at SRO.Black people are being put out of housing for just about any reason.The gasoline is cheaper in the white's neighborhood than it is in the blacks.Blacks electric bills have gone up 15.00 dollars more per month.And water and gas may have as well.The police is messing with blacks on bikes.All of this is being done because the State is in trouble and they can't stop me from telling it.They are trying to make fun of the United States government when they said that The United States of Atlanta was a Song. Now you figure it out, pay-off or not.When I first started my story I told you that the prisons was illegal because they was make profit from tax payers dollars.And that the government was underseidge. They are antiamericans,we won't say the other word we are going to hide that crime.

THE MOST HIDEOUS CRIME OF OUR TIME:

9/11, The reason that I,m under attack is because the ones that caused 9/11 is in the government.And because they new that in the prison system I had investigated it in October of 2002 and found out who really had done it and that was also my pic month.So they refuse to let me out because of what had been found out.So they put on the street of Savannah that I got killed in the prison system,so I was told by my kids mom when I got out.And now they refuse to let me have anything so that I wouldn't be found out and couldn't prove anything as long as they kept me from having the computer.All because of the hideous crime that they have done in that prison.The mass grave was all a part of it,and they made it public but never had a follow up story.The crematory all never did they find out what happened to the people that owned it.Even the psychic centers was closed all because of the systems they was using and they all was around me.And I was being tortured because of what they had put in me food.And because of my insurance they thought that I was government and they wanted to know what was going on.They even bust out the undercover CIA lady because they had the computer.

WATERGATE 2004

There was a gateway open into the government,State and Federal.They,the crimials was flowing in like water at the change of the heads of government,doing election time.They was taking over people identity and getting into the governments.That was the reason why I told what Former President Nixon meant when he said that he was not a crook.And what he couldn't say without endangering his life is,that they were there.They had infiltrated the government.CCA Prison was suppose to be experimental in Texas only and wasn't suppose to expand.And that is why Former President Ronald Reagan praised it and said that it was doing a good job,the private prison in Texas.

THERE SHOULD BE NON-TOLERANCE LAW FOR ALL GOVERNMENTS:

Large are small,there should be a non- tolerance law for all governments.They are the law makers and justice is blind,plus they take an oath of office to up hold the law.They have non-tolerance laws for the public so it should be done also apond them.They break the law and get light sentences like eight years is the top.They should get life without parole and then there would be no crimes committed in government.We have been giving them a pat on the back for too long.Or a slap on the wrist,we must get serious about government crimes.

This is becoming something that whitefolks are taking for a game.I'm in SRO ( Single Room Occupancy)and they see through my eyes because the original computer which was sent to Coffee County Prison.And they can't get it out from the people that are trap there because of the radiation.I can't have a social life because they are stopping me from having over night guess now .They are trying to surround me with whitefolks where I am staying.This is a hate crime whitefolks can come near me.I can't work to move out,because I am disable and they refuse to pay social security.I have been denied three time,by the State of Georgia, not by the federal government.They are begining to look like what they call themself,"THE UNITIED STATES OF ATLANTA".This is there crime and they are messing with my life.I don't have the money to have cable turned on, but I had it when I first got there and it was suppose to cost $39.99 dollars a month.But when the first month bill came it was over $150.00 dollars.They are paying my rent and giving me foodstamps, now for two years.They see through my eyes and is causing me a problem with everything I do and my work record proves it by them using Lloyd Paige on them and it is also incomplete . TRUTH IS :

The reason why they refuse to make me public or give me my computer is.Because it will bust them out.Because the people that are involved are people with big money. And it's alot of people with that type of money involved into this.So they would rather mess my life up and keep me from having anything and leave me with nothing ,than all of them who have plenty would continue to become rich while the poor get poorer..Because when the system was put back on me at D.Ray James prison they theatened my life and said that they came back to kill me when I get off of the bus.In which right after that an inmate was killed exactly that way from that prison.Soon as he stepped off the bus,the Counselor there told us all.So when they threatened me I called my friend and told him what was going on.And he told me that he would call Atlanta in which he did.He called the Commissioner of the Department of Corrections and the Commissioner told him to call three other people and he did as well.And one of them told him to tell me to write a grievance to the Broad of Parole and send it directly to them not letting it go through the prison as it is suppose to do first, but they had told him that they didn't want it to go through the prison so it was sent as they had said..And I did and it was returned to me with inmate affair attached to it and I still have it.It was sent back to me a Central State Prison.Then I also wrote the State still from D.Ray James Prison protecting all of my family and friends.And that is when I also wrote three copies of Deceive and was trying to give one to the State Monitor when he came, but the State Monitor told the Warden to take the letter in which on the envelope read that "MY LIFE IS IN DANGER. All of this happened at D.Ray James Prison.And because of the letter Deceive I was sent to Augusta Medical Prison Hospial.In which I stayed there for two weeks.I was sent there from D.Ray James Prison as a level three mental patient when I wasn't a mental patient at all,neither was I on any medicine.So being that this was the second time that I was sent to Augusta for the same reason,Augusta refused to send me back to the private prisons.And because of that is when 9/11 happened.Then and only than that they realize that they was busted so they caused 9/11 to take the heat off the prison.After that didn't work as they had planned I was transferd to Central State Prison. And was going to be let go but they started torturing me.The State couldn't get me out because they canceled the tranfer that would have me go back to Coastal to get my teeth fixed and than released.The State don't know at first that the system that was on me give them the ability to see through my eye because of the radiation shot they had taken.So since they couldn't get me out I was tranfered in March of 2002 to Phillips State Prison to be in protective custody.And was tranfered off of record so that they wouldn't know where I was.But again they didn't know that they could see through my eyes that's why they always knew where I was.While being at Phillips State Prison is when Close Caption on the news said that Saddam was willing to let them search any place that they wanted.But that is when they received miss information and didn't know where it came from,again it was Georgia.Next because of me being tortured they started torturing the Iraqis.Next came the falsified military records of the President to try and keep him from being reelected.So that I wouldn't be found out. And what ever happened after that up until now.
