There was a gateway open into the government,State and Federal.They,the crimials was flowing in like water at the change of the heads of government,doing election time.They was taking over people identity and getting into the governments.That was the reason why I told what Former President Nixon meant when he said that he was not a crook.And what he couldn't say without endangering his life is,that they were there.They had infiltrated the government.CCA Prison was suppose to be experimental in Texas only and wasn't suppose to expand.And that is why Former President Ronald Reagan praised it and said that it was doing a good job,the private prison in Texas.
