SIMPSON OFF FOR SOMETHING THAT HE DIDN'T DO AND WHITEFOLKS WANT TO BELIEVE DIFFERENT BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF SKIN. AND NOW WE HAVE CORRETTA SCOTT KING NEVER RECOVERING FROM A STROKE.THEY DIDN'T EVEN COME TO PLACE A REEF ON DR. MARTIN L.KING GRAVE THIS YEAR. NOT EVEN THE GOVERNOR OF GEORGIA.THEY ARE ALL HATING BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY GOT TO PAY TO ME .AND THEY DON'T WANT TO SEE A BLACK PERSON WITH NOTHING EVEN THOSE THAT HAVE MONEY DIE BROKE.MICHAEL JACKSON FIGURED IT OUT AND LEFT THE COUNTY AND THE NEWS SAID HE MAY NEVER RETURN.IF WE DON'T DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT WE WILL BE BACK IN SLAVERY.THEY HAVE EVEN CHANGED THE MEANING OF THE WORD NIGGAR IN THE DICTIONARY TO MEAN A BLACK PERSON.WHAT COLOR IS YOUR BLOOD.WE ALL BLEED THE SAME COLOR BLOOD,SO WHAT ARE THEY TRYING TO SAY THAT IT'S THE COLOR OF SKIN THAT MAKES YOU A NIGGAR.WELL IF THAT IS TRUE THAN ANYTHING BLACK IS NIGGAR.BUT THAT IS NOT THE MEANING OF THE WORD.THE WORD MEANS IGNORANANT OR IGNORANCE.AND IT WAS PLACED APOND BLACK PEOPLE BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY DID TO USE WHEN WE WAS BROUGHT TO THIS COUNTY.WE WAS SCRIPTED OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF SELF.THE OLDER ONES WAS KILLED OFF THAT HAD THAT KNOWLEDGE.WE DIDN'T KNOW WHERE WE CAME FROM OR WHAT LANGUAGE WE ORIGINALLY SPOKE. WE ARE LIVING IN A STATE OF (JAKHALIAH)MEANING IGNORANCE.I THROUGHT THAT IT WAS THE CIA BUT IT'S NOT IT'S HOMELAND SECURITY THEY ARE THE ONLY OTHER PEOPLE WITH THE SYSTEMS.AND THEY ARE THE ONES THAT HAVE BEEN CAUSING ALL OF THE PROBLEMS EVEN THE MISS INFORMATION THE PRESIDENT RECEIVED,9/11 THEY WOULD BE THE ONLY ONES THAT COULD GET FOUR PLANES SIMULANEOUSLY.BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY DID IS WHY THEY ARE TRYING TO KEEP ME FROM GETTING PAID BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES THAT ARE INVOLVED IN THE CCA PRISONS.aND THE ONES THAT CAUSE THE DEATH OF JENNIFER ROSS.THIS HAVE BEEN MESSING WITH MY LIFE SINCE I WAS FOURTY-SIX YEARS OLD I'M FIFTY-FOUR NOW.I LIVED A BETTER LIFE BEFORE I WAS FORCED INTO THIS MESS.I WORKED FOR A LIVING AND NOW I'M DISABLE AND CAN BECAUSE OF HEART PROBLEMS AND IS LIVING LOWER THAN A HOMELSS PERSON BECAUSE ANYTHING I WANT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY CASH BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A RECORD. AND IT SEEMS AS IF EVERYONE IS JUST LETTING IT HAPPEN BECAUSE IT'S NO THEM.THEN THE CRIMIAL PROBLEM WILL NOT GET BETTER ONLY WORSE UNTIL WE ALL JOIN IN AND DEMAND JUSTICE FOR ALL.I ONLY WISH THAT SOMEONE ELSE COULD FEEL THE PAIN I GO THROUGHT JUST BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT I AM DOING,BECAUSE THEY SEE THROUGHT MY EYES.THEY HAVE EVEN KILLED MY STEPFATHER THAT WAS AT A NURSING HOME .THE NURSE THERE TOLD ME HE WAS DOING FINE BEFORE HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR,AND RIGHT AFTER THAT HE DIED AND THEY NEVER EVEN NOTIFIED HIS ONLY DAUGHTER,SO I HAD TO BURY HIM AND HIS DEATH CERTIFICATE CAME BACK TO THE FUNERAL PEOPLE SIDNEY A. JONES.HE DIED ON OCTOBER 22,2004 IN LUMBER CITY GEORGIA. AND THEY GIVE HIM A MILITARY FUNERAL.HIS SOCIAL SERCURITY NUMBER IS 250-42-2373 HE DIDN'T HAVE A RECORD ETHER BECAUSE OF THIS.AND I WAS TOLD BY A LADY AT SOCIAL SERCURITY WHEN I FIRST APPLIED FOR SOCIAL SERCURITY AT FIRST SHE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD RECEIVE TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS A MONTH AND ALL THEY WANTED WAS FOR ME TO SIGN PAPERS WHICH I DID.BUT WHEN I WANT BACK SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY MAY NOT PAY YOU ANYTHING NOW,AND SHE WAS MAD.THIS HAPPEN IN FEBRUARY 10, 2004.HER NAME MRS.SHEPPARD (EXT220 )912-353-9639

FEMMA,Is what the CIA was useing as a front. Because there is not a need for FEMA in a city like Savannah. It is suppose to be based in Atlanta.It's not Presidential power that needs to be fixed,it CIA power.Because they are in control of all communication,TV,Radio,911,zero the operator,the website, telephone,the mail and any other means of communication.They have been on a AM station here in Savannah talking about a person should get paid for their invention and they told what was going to be coming out of mine,and they new I was listening because they have the system.They was even useing a Blimp last year on River Street when I told the TV station that the government was living at West End on Hutcherson Island.They have even falsifed the President's Military records I'm sure everyone remembers. They cover themself with the prison CCA,FEMMA and even took over BET under the name of VIACOM.So the power of the CIA is what we are having a problem with and Fobres maybe a CIA since the systems came from his company that are on me and I'm being tortured by.

The other side of this story is going to be a shocker.Because of what they really started messing with me for.After they realize who I was, is why they messed with me in the first place.They saw me praying as muslims do five times a day,and was sincere with it so they thought it was a good idea to see what I was all about.They had a master computer there,since this prison was a CIA operation.But what happen when that open my file and saw who my people was they wanted to know more.Because they saw that the State of Georgia had papers in my record in all of my family record to never mess with my family again because of what they did to my grandmother, and they had to dig farther to find out what it was about.But since my grand mother was decease it took a special code to unlock it.But what the code did was unlock the whole website which made everyone whole record exposed.And that is the reason www.ga.state.us.com is nolonger the State records site.(Getting off of the subject for a minute)When I first got there the inmate eat buffet style.You didn't need to go to the store for anything,it was all you can eat.Even the State monitor saw it going on.That when I realize that something was wrong with that prison.But I kept it to myself because it wasn't brothering me cause it saved me money.
Now back to the story. What they found out about my people after opening my grand mother's record is a secret that my family has keep for as long as I can remember. Because I was twentyfour years old so they always talk about among ourself.Because we didn't want to be messed with by the State.We knew they were hating because they paralyzed my grand mother that Georgia Infirmary at an early age of her life all because she was born with a veil on her eyes.They paralyzed her and called it rheumatism ,she was given rat poison which stiffen the joints.Which they tried to do to me also but it didn't work because the doctor give me Balm to draw it out and told me to keep moving my arms.Anyone that is my age and has read the old Bible you would see that Jesus Grandmother was born with a veil over her eyes.But that may have been taken out now along with some other things. It once was in the Bible that the children of Abraham was all crused people,because they was black.Abraham was a blackman himself.This is why people ask the question.Is the Bible God words or man's word.My family has been mess with by the State of Georgia since the 1800s.Because my mother was born which is now decease as well in 1913.That is why the federal government had insurance in my record which was a well left to me by my uncle because he was the President of the Longshoremans Hall here in Savannah since 1950-1970s.And in 1976 I had an accident which was not my fault but I did time anyway.But during that time my uncle's Will was read without me being there,just to keep me from having anything cause of who my people are. That is the reason why the State of Georgia was trying to tell people that I a mental patient and needed someone to manage my money so that I would never do anything. (Ignorance Again)

VIOLATIONS THAT WAS ON RECORD SINCE 1999

This is the violations that I sent to the President when I wrote to him in 2002. Detailing my record according to how I lived it.
8-27-99 I was kept in segragation from 8-27-99 until 2-16-00.
(1999) 9-30-99 Grid sheet was sent to me to do 90% of my time.
10-28-99 I was given antidepressants which I asked for and was get just for the asking.And pychiactic medicine which I was also given without my knowledge.I took for one year and thrree months.
2- -00 I was sent to Augusta Medical State Prison to be diagnose for mental health and was diagnose as not a mental patient.
2-17-00 i was tranfered from Coffee County Prison to Wheeler County Prison where I refused to go into population and was kept there in segragation for three more months because of these systems still being on me.And was being written up every two weeks for refusing to come out.Until I was tranfered again.And none of those write ups was placed on record.So my money was just being taken.Dr.Burnette the doctor that give me the medicine in the first place also came to Wheeler to make sure that I was still taking the medicine.Even though I had been diagnose as not a mental patient.
5-11-oo I was tranfered to D.Ray James Prison.I was doing fine,the system wasn,t on me anymore and I continued back to school until 9- -01.At that time Coffee County Prison officals had taken over that camp. At least that what I thought had happened,but it was only that they was back with those systems on me again.So at this time I wrote a letter and waited for the monitor to come,which that letter is on the web.Bad mistake,I was sent agiint to Augusta Medical State prison this time classified as a level three mental patient,this was my secord time.For no reason other than for what I had written in my letter.
9- -o1 I was tranfered to Augusta Medical State Prison placed in a level three mental health patient dormitory.I talked to the doctor that I had seen the first time I was there in 2000.And I was told that they was going to make me a mental patient.I got mad and told them that I wasn't a mental patient.But later as I came out of that room I realized that I was told that because of someone that was there with her that I had not seen before.Because soon as I came out the other doctor that I also had seen the first time was waiting in another room and had seen that I was mad as hell.And asked me to let her talk to me.And she told me that if they give me any medicine I can refuse it and after refusing for three month they would have to stop trying to give it to me.I stayed there for about two weeks.Doing this time 9/11 happened.I was need talked to again doing my stay there.Doing this time my phone was blocked so that I couldn't call my friend.
9-20-01 I was tranfered to Central State Prison still labaled as a level three mental patient.And placed in a level three mental patient dormitory H building.I talked to Mrs.Jenkins a mental health counselor which had told me that all of my records didn't come with me.And that she would go to the head counselor and see what happen to it.That is when I realize that I was on partial record. And the people on the system that was on me told me that they didn't send all of my record because they was trying to get them to start my time over.I was later dropped to a level two mental patient by a doctor there.And was placed in J building.I was given a detail to work in the laundry which I refused because that meant that I would be working eight hours a day.When I wasn't doing that,I was going to school and dorm orderly the whole time I had been in prison.So I realize what they was saying about my record must be true or they would have known that,because of my medical profile.Which was removed from my record somewhere between D.Ray James and Central State Prison.Everything I'd done in the prison system up until Central State Prison had been removed from my prison file.I had been sent divorce papers from my wife December of 2001.Because of Coffee County Prison people calling her house slandering me.And the slander was erported to Atanta Parole Board since August 28,2001 in a letter and grievance that was sent back to me unanswered at Central State Prison in the mail.At this time is when the torchering started.I was told that they was using a diaphragm,and a penis system which I had x-rays taken to see what caused me pain.Using with this penis system they used cholesterol pellets.Which caused me to have a cholesterol problem which I had none before because the prison had checked.What cause them to see through my eyes is that they take radiation shot that works along with these systems and hear through my ears and read my mind when they are around these systems.Because of them seeing through my eyes is why they are able to counteract any thing I do are write about.Because they would know what was going on.The first person I talked to across this system was D.R.Hamond. When it was just talk back at Coffee County Prison in 1999.And he told me than that his people owned that prison.He was trying to make firends with me so he give me his phone number.These people have been telling doing the time I was in prison that they was riding around Savannah slandering me out of their car window.And that they rode by my sister-in-law home and my brother and sister home doing this.And planned to do it when I got out.
10-16 -01 They made the computer blink so that I couldn't be tranfered when they was trying to get me out of prison.
1-12-2002 I mailed my detailed letter to the President George W. Bush
3-22-2002 I was tranfered to Phillips State Prison.
9- -2002 The State violated me again by not acknowledging my "PIC" month and sitting me back.
9-20-2002 I was placed in the hole and kept there for sixteen days for no reason.
10-6-2002 Apond getting out of the hole I was placed in g-1 a mental health dorm.
4-15-2002 My history record was taken off of the web.

Always a good idea,EDUCATION

If kid in school was aloud to be able to start a chess tournament for all schools in their county.And it gets to the State level completion so that the winner would be able to receive a scholarship. There would be ten finalist on the State level to completion against each other until there is one to win a full scholarship on the state level.And the others would only get a scholarship. This is prepared
for all way to the twelfth grade. And who knows from a State level it goes to a national level and even a World level Championship.

Dr.Martin Luther King,Jr Day Parade

Cobra investigated that there is a plot against the parade by whitefolks to cause racial tension among the ethnic groups.It was in the news that they are buying more guns than usual Savannah News paper said it,so beware.This is the perfect sitting for them to try something.

Cobra's Investigation of the Jennifer Ross Case:

I have investigated Jennifer Ross death .And found that the people that killed her was not black people , but was white people dressed up in black with masks on. And maybe the same three that tied -up the woman in Hinesville and stab her. And that they are government people that is the reason why they can't find out who did it.Because they didn't know who they were. Because no one knew who they were . Cobra can verify this.The investigative computer was made public in Altanta Georgia in December of 2002 when I was still in prison with this system around me as it still is.And when I got out it was made public here in Savannah by Crime Stopper on WTOC TV 11 late year but the name of it was never call here in Savannah.Now this is the address that that I believe that the computer is under otis_johnson@ci.savannah.ga.us ,but I not sure.
I believe that Jennifer Ross and the man that got killed on the cruise ship have something in common. They both was young and was killed for unknown reasons.
These people also had out on the street that I got killed in the prison system before I got out of prison,so I was told by friends. They are trying to make me look as if I have a mental problem and is a criminal,but I'm not.Because I got a background check from the Police Department that showed that I did,but when I went to the Courthouse here in Savannah where the crimes was tried there was not records. And the computer have also verified that these people, the killers was also at Jennifer Ross funeral.And they are all apart of this and is trying to cause hate so that the town would hate against me.This Government is the State of Georgia.

Justice Is Not Blind, It's Dead Presidents

I guess this is a good way to start the NEW YEAR of on a bad note.Still fighting for justice when justice is all about money.My problem is and what caused all of this to happen is because of who was behind it all. And I know that because of their money that gives them power no one want to touch that.Well the system that is causing me my problem and that are still on me came from Soldier of Fortune and Fortune Fivehundred so Forbes is behind the whole thing.So they are just stealing my inventions and refusing to pay because of who it's going to bring down.He even had the power to falsify records and mess with my medical record to stop me from getting my heart profile.I see now why this county is having problems because who rules is the one with the most money.So if I never get paid the truth of this will become known.It's not who we put in office,it who got the most money has the power.Know matter how must money I may have to use it to control, I rather not have it because that leads to evil,as it has done.

I sent an E-mail to the Mayor of Savannah dated November 29, 2005 telling him that I was given a ticket to appear in court on this day January 3,2006 in which I have for the charge of riding my bike without a light at about five in the morning going to do voluntary work.Which because I am not pleading guilty to the charge the date was set for March 6,2006. I am being harrassed because government crimes.Because a bicycle is not a license vessel so how can you enforce any law against it.And I was told that it is a State Law, they don't even enforce the seatbelt law that strongly.
