The information you gave us does not show that there was any change in your health before March 2004. this was when you last met the earnings requirement for receiving benefits.

This is the reason I am depressed right now they are letting the government to play wiht people life.The City of Savannah Housing has signed papers and given it to me to verify that they pay my whole rent.This is it.
