Examine Acknowledgement Letters

I wrote to Howell W. Raggedly,Jr. Attorney at Law in Atlanta,Georgia (404)581-0088.When I was an inmate at Central State Prison.It was a five paper letter at frist and than I sent a six paper letter than was an duplicate copy of the hole experience that I was going though as I said before,I detailed my record to he according to how I lived my life in prison.This is his letters of acknowledgement.
Letter One February 13,2002:

Dear Lloyd:
This will acknowledge receipt of your recent leeter to me.In that letter you ask for information concerning the fee I chage when I represent inmates before the Georgia Board Of Pardons & Paroles.
I will charge you a retainer fee of $2,000.Unpon receipt of that fee,I will come to the facility where you are being held for the purpose of reviewing your case with you in detail.We will also review any records that you have in your possession.I will then get as mush information as I can from the Parole Board as to the exact status of your case.
If you and I decide that it is appropriate for me to proceed with the matter and file a formal Application for Reconsideration,I will charge you an additional fee of not less than $2,500.I will use my best efforts to convince the Board to consider your sentence allocation.I do not, however,refund any of these fees should we not be successful.

I believe that someome got to him in that time period,because I never got any answer from him any more but I keep writing to him and giving him more information.Up until September my PIC month.

PIn Number

This pin number was sent to me in March at Union mission.I already had my foodstamp EBT card since January.So with this pin number I had money on the card ,but the card broke and I had to send for another one which took two weeks to come when I was told that it only took four days.And when it did come I had to wait until my case worker came back from vacation because my address had been changed by the State to 711 east board Street and that was were I was to pick up my mail.And at the same time I was put out of Grace House Union Mission and I lived on the Street for three months.Number 1017 and both pin numbers work today.The pin nuber came from Georgia Department of Human Resoures,P.O. Box 30201,Tampa, FL.33630-3201.

This is the secord letter written to them after I wrote to them in November of 2001.This is the only way for me to keep my sanity since I'm just writing and have been writing and being torched as I write since 2001.I may not be a mental patient but the way I'm being treated I may end up one.This is insane.This is the letter to them dated January 12,2003.

Dear ACLU, The Prison Project:
My name is Lloyd Paige EF 409414.I wrote to you in NoVember of 2001.About my mail being picked up from Macon Postoffice in Macon, Georgia,while I was in Central State Prison.I was placed on the Postoffice violation website and also the US Department of Corrections website since April 15,2002.I was never released from prison and I've been in prison for four years now as of January 5, 2003 for Habitual Violation on a five sentence which isn't even a felon.I was driving not drinking.i was sent a grid sheet in Coffe County Prison 9/30/99 which is on my computer records before it was taken off the website,stating for me to do 90% of my time.Which I don't come under the 90% Board Resolution to do 90%.And since I've been writing about this Atlanta has even said that they was coming back on people that had the 90%.Atlanta Journal and Consitition paper back in June of 2002 proves it.I've been serving time on partial prison records since August of 2001. And when I got to this prison Atlanta placed a computer print out in my records.Only to state what I was in the prison system for and the time I had.I have been writing them,Atlanta and the FBI. But atlanta would only send me letters telling me about more time because of the circumstances of my crime.This can be found on my grid sheet. I'm also a miollionaire which can be seen on my computer record,the Will that's thereor you can call the Longshoremans Association of Savannah.The FBI staated returning my letters unopened in September of 2002.And I writing to them and they all were returned even with the correct address.I wrote the postoffice here in Buford Ga. for an address to Attorney Johnny Coahran which I was never answered.I've been writing letters to Atlanta Parole Board and the Commissioner of Corrections,the FBI of Atlanta this Lawyer Attorney Howell W.Ragsdale Jr.of Atlanta.And Gov.Roy Barnes which left office and never answered two letters I wrote to him.For over a year I've been writing these people and haven't yet recieved an answer.Even the President of the Unied States was mailed two letters one dated January 11,2002 and December 16,2002.I don't have any outside communication.I don't know who else I can write.And there is not a max out date on the violation website and I should have been out since April 2002.If you would, please answer this letter.

There system can't follow me out of the STATE OF GEORGIA.Because the State had me travel from one end of Georgia to the other and it almost came off at Hays on the Tennessee line.So I will try and leave Georgia.

I am still being messed with and they have falsied my crimial background check records.I have one dated, October 8, 2004 that I give to WSAV TV 3. And Tuesday I went back to get another one to see if it may have change since the Bank of America told me that no record comes up under my name or social security number. The other crimial background check is dated December 7, 2005.They are using laptop computers to receive information, anyone with one is giving them information. They give some to Savannah State University and they know the people that they gave them can be mess with people.That is the reason Gateway left Savannah because of the computer that was taken from there. That is where my computer came from.That is what got everyone envolved and may have been paid off. Because on TV they want the police department to buy these computers to keep me mess-up without their knowledge of doing it.They have fasified mental health records which I don't have a mental health record are never was I a mental health patient. I am a big threat to some whitefolks to have to go through this,this long.They are paying people off and everything to keep this from being found out but they are giving me proof of what they are doing at the same time.That spells Niggar to me,(ignorant)=destitute of knowledge:uninstructed,unleaned b: resulting from or exhibiting lack of perception,knowledge or intelligence,unaware,uninformed,uncivilized,backward,unenlighted,primitive, crude.The dictionary goes on and on. Now is (Niggar) a color or a mentality. Those system was made public on American Most Wanted between 2001 and 2002. As being 100 of them missing and those people at Coffee County Prison told me over the systems , before they became public that 100 system was sent to them. Now the State of Georgia is the one that sent me to this Doctor. His office is on Bolton Street between Haberham and Price Street.

Jasalfa was referred for a Psychogical Evaluation and consultation by Georgia Department of Human Resources.Specifically,the Disability Adjudication Services has requested the evaluation for the purpose of medical documentation for a Federal Disability Claim.Accordingly, Jasalfa was evaluated in order to ascertain his cognitive,social,and emotional functioning.

Background Information
Jasalfa is a young 52 years old African American male who lives alone in Savannah Georgia.
According to the claimant,he has had a history of heart problems.(Now I wonder why I can't get no money? ) By the way this was dated March 16,2005 and I was denied by the State for the third time in October 2005.Which has affected his ability to work.According to Jasalfa, he has no history of mental illness.He was released from prison in 2004 for habitual violation conviction.Jasalfa reports going to high school to the ninth grade and then dropping out.He also reports he has limited contact with his children and no family support.(that's a lie)In school,though he sometimes struggled to stay on task and to comprehend what he was being taught he reportedly was in all regular classes.
Jasalfa stated that he has had a difficult time finding and holding onto jobs since his incarceration and diagnosis of heart problems.(I somethimes wonder why I volunteer for work, Hummmm.)
Currently, he indicated that he feels OK and sometimes depressed for most of the time,as evidenced by feeling of hopelessness,helplessness,fatigue,and feeling of low self-esteem. He indicated that he wants to work but that everytime he tries, he fails.(a whole pack of lies,they don't like me very well.What you think?

Mental Status and Behavioral Observation

Jasalfa is a 52 year old young African American male who arrived on time riding his bike to the office. The date for testing is a rescheduled date due to Jasalfa's inability to locate the office.(I live around the corner.)He was neatly and appropriately dressed for the evaluation. His afect was slightly blunted and his mood was mildly anxious.However, he engaged readily with the examiner and was mostly cooperative throughout testing.He maintained fair eye contact.His psychomotor activity was, for the most part, appropriate,though he did exhibit signs of distress and mild depression.(good reason to be depressed)His anxiety might have had a mildly negative impact on test results.His speech was at time slurred and occasionally difficult to understand.(another lie)though he had to repeat many items asked for clarification.(TO BE CONTINUED)
He was oriented to person, place,time,and situation. His thoughts were linear,and his association were logical.His concentration was fair,but he exhibited some impairment with his memory.there was no evidence of auditory or visual hallucinations.While he exhibited some siigns of dysthymia, he displayed no risk of being dangerous to himself or to others. He denied having suicidal or homicidal thoughts. He also denied drug or alcolhol use.

Intellectual Test Results(Coming Next)
Jasalfa's subtest scores resulted in Verbal Scale IQ of 78, a Performance Scale IQ of 89,and a Full Scale IQ of 81.The Full Scale IQ of 81 is within the Low Average range of intelligence.

Currently, the claimant does not seem to be functioning particularly well and seems to have some substantial limitations.If it should be determined that the claimant requires funds for disability,it is the opinion of this Psychologist that someone assist the claimant in managing his funds.(My IQ is 113 done in prison)I got paper to prove it.

The State of Georgia:

Hidden Secret;
The State of Georgia has a partnership with the crimial in the drug trade.They have drugs that are in the State Capital of Georgia,the State Building where the Correctional Department is and also in the homes where Coffee County prison is. And they moved the drug that was in Coffee County Prison in November 7, 2002.They are the one that are putting drugs in the black neighborhoods of this State and wanting to open new prisons for young black drug dealers.That is the reason they wanted the public to build new prisons in the seventy but the public refused and that is how the private prisons got in.They fooled the public that it would save them money.But it only cost the public more because all private citizen did was build the prison and the private prison industry is making the money that the public pays to house inmate.Seventy dollars per inmate,per day. And there are about twenty-six prisons in Georgia that house fifteen hundred inmates each,not counting Jackson and Reidsville they house about five thousand each . They don't need federal funds at all.They are making a profit off of tax payers money and it's costing the public more because it don't come back to the State when it's private.I can't even go to a doctor if I am ill because I don't have a medical insurance and have a heart problem and the TV station WSAV 3 have the records from the State doctor.I can"t get dental help because I tried at J.C. Lewis when I was at Grace House and they couldn't do anything because they couldn't find a record.The TV station also have a copy of my Cholesterol pill card , the card my pill came on when I was in prison with the doctor's name on it.I can't get nothing they are conspiring against my life because of their crime.I am not a felon and never was.I have a copy of my cholestrol chart given to me by the prison doctor so that I can start back when I got in the street. Because they knew I didnt have a record. I never got any money from any government other than foodstamps and still haven't gotten any yet.And you want to know why so many robberies are going on in Savannah,this is all over town.
