To Whom It May Concern:

My name is Lloyd Paige 409414. I am writing you concerning my sister and brother. Their names are_________ and ____________ they are both from Savannah, Ga. They have been missing for two years. I was in Coffee County Prison at the time that my brother and sister was kidnapped from my home by Coffee County Prison officals and brought into that prison. Savannah Police know from their investigation that Coffee County Prison van was spotted at my home the night of their disappearance. I was in segragation at the time that they entered the prison though Central Control gate and I heard my brother's voice say " Lloyd done hit the big times now."They were brought there Oct.99. I wasn't sure that it was really my sister and brother until they told me on the security system that they had my sister and brother. The reason is I inherited money and they have seen it in my records in the computer. I didn't do anything for them to harm my people. Now I will try to give a detail description of the story according to how I lived it. And my record can be used as proof to back-up my story.Coffee County Prison officals have been trying to destroy my life for over two and ahalf years since this incident occurred. They have falsified my records to make it look as if all of a sudden I became a mental patient. I have went to the hole to try and get away from these people by making them transfer me and trying to get sent to a State Prison. But each time I would end up in CCA private prisons. And then I was transfered to D-Ray James Prison to which it was also a private prison,in which I thought I was safe until around August of 2001, when they came there and threated my life and slandered me. At which time I wrote Atlanta and told them about it,but I'm not sure the letter was ever mailed. Because I sent a grievance also but it was returned to me with a letter from Inmate Affairs, and they don't handle grivances the Parole Board do. They have been following me and stopping and picking up my mail from the postoffice during my whole sentence up until I went to Central State Prison. They have been doing this to keep me from telling this story. The information section of my file will clearly prove there is nothing in it to back-up what was placed on my medical file or activity card in my records. They were trying to make me look as if I had a mental problem. But I didn't come into the prison as a mental patient.So what would have made me mentally ill ? Starting from the first day I arrived in Coffee County Prison 7/1/99. You may want to follow this with my computer file.For about almost two months everything was going fine. Until 8/27/99 when some guys in the drom I had a miss understanding with. And I was esnt to segregation for investigation. After the investigation was over I didn't want to come out. Because I didn't bother nobody and I couldn't understand what was going on. I stayed in segregation from 8/27/99 until 2/16/00. During my stay in segregation I became depressed so I asked for some antidepressants which I was given three pills and was told they were antidepressants. Dr. Burnette was the doctor that give me the pills around 10/99. And later told me that they said,(who ever they say maybe) that I was seeing and hearing things. Trying to make me believe that i didn't hear my brother's voice. I heard my brother's voice but I didn't see anything. And there is no cameras insegregation/
isolation cells for them to be observing me. not really knowing what kind of pills I was taking I asked Dr. Burnette the name of the pills, he told me they were Haldol,Sleepaid and Restperdol.
Still not really knowing what these pills were I assumed that they were antidepressants.I was sent to Augusta State Medical Prison February ,2000 to be evaluated for mental health. This was four months after being given the pills. And at the time that I was given the pills my people was also in that prison at Coffee. I was diagnose in Augusta as not a mental patient at all.But yet
after being diagnose no one took me off of the pills.So I continued to take the pills unable to stop. It would be a year and three months later before I was taken off the pills. On my returning from Augusta back to Coffee County Prison I was placed back into segregation/isolation. And as I sat preparing to read my Qur'an I notice there was a piece of paper with someones name and address on it in the book. The name was an employee of theirs. Which during my conversation with her at that time told me that she was being held hostage. And this is the information that was written in her handwriting on that piece of paper left in my Qur'an. About a week later I was transfered to Wheeler County Prison 2/16/00. I was transfered to Wheeler along with someone else and placed in segregation apond arrival,(that was just their procedure) until the next day.When they came to get me out to put me in population I refused. Because I felt safer in segregation then I would have been in population because they had followed me there. They had brouht my brother and sister with them and was talking to me from the monitor room. They were communicating with me there on the security system, it's a radioactive device used in the monitor room. And I could hear my brother and sister talking to one another. When I talked back to them though the vent of the cell,they wasn't sure if I was their brother, because they didn't know I was in prison.Because they were living in Savannah,Ga. and I was living in Brunswick ,Ga. with my wife. They kept my brother and sister there at Wheeler in the monitor room and in medical for three months. The same period of time I stayed there in segregation/ isolation. The amount of time spent in segregation/isolation should be on my record including the write-ups. Becuase they wrote me up everey two weeks until I left, trying to force me out of the hole to go into population. during my stay there I was still taking those pills, and Dr. Burnette saw me there and still no one took me off. I was transfered from Wheeler to D-Ray James Prison 5/11/00. I was doing find there they didn't follow me there, and I went straight into population. I was assigned back in school and wellness walk was on my OMS and the programs I needed to take. Everything was going find up until August. Thats when Coffee County Prison people came there at D-Ray James monitor room and started messing with me again. By slandering my name and treatening my life. And I wrote a letter to Atlanta in August of 2001 from D-Ray James telling them about this and it was addressed to the State Board of Pardon and Parole.And I even had my friend to call them and they told him to tell me to send a grievance on it directly to them not letting it go through the prison at all. But it was stoppped and wasn't mailed and returned to me at Central State Prison, with Inmate Affairs letter attached to it, dated Sept.6,2001. And from Central State I tried to mail it again but it was returned to me again from Macon postoffice through my Counselor I recieved it. That's when I realized that my letters were being picked up from Macon posyoffice by someone. Some other letters was also picked-up they were letters going to A.C.L.U. Atlanta Branch,Attorney Robert W. Cullen and the U.S.Marshall. The grievance to the Board was the only one they didn't get and they all was sent together. I wrote the postmaster Patrick L. carlin (478)752-8400 in Oct of 2001 and asked him about this and he replied to me to write to National Prison Project, A.C.L.U. in Washington DC., which I did but I never recieved a reply from them yet. Still at D-Ray James about January or February it was druing a cold month, I got tried of taking the pills. So Dr. Owens was the doctor I saw and I told him. Back when I had first saw him he had asked me. "What are you trying to do become mental health"? But i didn't know what he had meant by that. Because I thought that I was just taking antidepressants. And then he asked me was I still seeing and hearing anything, and I told him I never was.But Someone told me that I was taking psychiatic medicine and they told me that sleepaid was it.I couldn't stop on my on so i told Dr. Owen i wanted to stop taking them and he asked me why. And I told him that I was just tried of taking them. so he cut me down and took me off. Sometime around the end of August or the first part of of September I wrote my story about what had happened and tried to give it to the State monitor, which he told the Warden to get my letter and he did. And as soon as he read the outside of the envelope saying "my life is in danger" he had his officers lock me in the hole. Then two days later I was transfered to Augusta State Medical Prison listed as a level three mental patient because of my letter.That letter is why I was sent to Augusta and it was not placed in my file. I think what was put in my file is, that I was seeing and hearing things again and I wasn't. I have copies of that original letter. And I wasn't a mental patient at all, neither was I taking any medications. At augusta Medical Prison I was placed in a drom with level three mental patient inmates.During my stay at Augusta Medical Prison I saw a counselor for that drom and the doctor that had diagnosed me the first time I was sent to Augusta, that told me that she was going to make me a level three mental patient. This time nothing else was done, I was just there. I stayed there from 9/01/01 to 9/20/01. I was then transfered to Central State Prison ,still classifed as a level three mental patient and still not taking medication. I was transfered to Central and placed in a level three mental patient drom H building.I was in that building for about two weeks my Counselor Mrs. jenkins said that she would get me out as soon as the doctor dropped me to level two, which was done,and I was moved to J building as level two. In J building I was placed in the hole for refusing to work in the laundry. I refused to work because that wasn't what I was doing in the prison system. Because doing my whole sentence I was going to school and drom orderly and I also had a medical profilefrom a outside doctor that was in my records up until I got to Central. And they told me it wasn't in my file ,it was for my heart a no work profile. During the time I was in the hole i saw anther doctor that talked to me and dropped me to not a mental patient again.And still through all of that I wasn't on any medication.But my Counselor Youngblood at Central was trying to tell me that I was a level one mental patient and he didn't care what the doctor said about me not being a mental patient at all. And he wanted me to sign for treatment which I refused. Since I've been locked up in the prison system Coffee County Priosn officals have had a security system on me and has been following me from prison to prison.It's a radioactive device used in the monitor room of CCA prisons. Because they know when i'm writing a letter, who I'm writing too and when my letter are mailed. Like I said early my letters were picked up from Macon postoffice. They have been stopping me from telling my story for two and ahalf years. and I'm still not sure why no one has answered my letters yet. Coffee County Prison officals have even canceled the Warden of Central State Prison transfer for me to leave his camp, so they are also momitoring my computer files. The prison number would probably be by that cancelation which would be D-Ray James dated Oct 16,2001. They are doing everything to keep me in prison so that I can't expose what they have done to my people. I can prove it because my home the house my brither and sister was living in would have there fingerprints all over it in and out. And I was in Coffee County Prison when they brought my people there. And there's a dungeon in that prison where they bodies maybe found located in medical there's a door in medical leading to the monitor room the dungeon is through that door,and Atlanta wouldn't even go check. The machine used to kill these people use to be a brainscran machine built in about the 70's. It has been modified to burn a cast with a laser on the face and left leg of the peole. this process removes the pigmention out of the skin,it's called grafting. I am serving a five year sentence for habitual violation which isn't a felony. And I was sent a grid sheet from Atlanta in 9/30/99 to do 90% of my time. I was driving and not drinking. I can't get anyone to answer my letters not even the Gov. Roy Barnes.

Dear 60 Minutes,

My name is Lloyd Paige EF 409414. I am writing to you because I have wrote to everyone of importance in Georgia,that I thought would help me with my situation.I am a victim of a crime that happen in the prison system in Coffee County prison in Nicholas, Ga. The following letter will explain the whole story because it involves my last surviving family. I was first serving my time in private prisons. It's in my letter and also recorded on my record. They were all CCA Prisons, The Correctional Corporation of America. My mail was monitored so they ,if I wrote the FBI or anyone like that it wouldn't go. And I wrote one to Atlanta that may have made it, but I still haven't gotten an answer yet. If I was able to get a letter out they would use their authority to pick it up,as was done in Macon which I'm sure it was them. The postoffice there would have a record.No one as far as I know is investigating my letter, because it's all true and it can be proven by my record in Atlanta's computer. The activity card that shows what and where I've been and done in the prison system is one way I can prove it. My home where my sister and brother were living have their fingerprints in it,no one have been in that house since they have been missing. My whole record has been falsified. There is nothing to back up the mental levels that they had me under or what would cause me to become mental. And all of these are violations and my Lawyer Howell W. Ragsdale, Jr. of Atlanta is telling me that I can't get out until I make parole, something is wrong.

THE STATE OF GEORGIA HAS PROVEN THEMSELF TO BE CRIMINAL

The State of Georgia has put on www.savannahnow on my web spot a background check that comes up under a GDC number132089 that number is the number of a dead inmate with my picture on it. I entered the prison system with a EF number 409414 when I was given that GDC number my record had already been taken by the Federal government. Because when I wrote to the President George W. Bush January 12, 2002 . My record was taken April 15, 2002. The letter to the Persident was five papers that's why I haven't put it on the web. Just like 60 Minutes letter was seven papers and WTOC TV 11 have a copy of it. How I wrote the letter to them both was that I detailed my record according to how I lived my life in the prison system. That means that I told the story giving date and where abouts up to the time I was writing from Central State Prison. And now that the State is claiming that I have a record has made it clear that they are criminals and is trying to cover-up publicly. Since the private prison is a Federal prison which goes by the company name of The Correctional Corporation of America (CCA) this proves it to be a federal prison. The first one started in Texas and President Reagan made it public that it was doing good. That is why my record was taken because if I was in a Federal prison the State of Georgia could'nt change anything on it because that violated me for me to be there and I wasn't a Fedreal prisoner. What the State of Georgia was trying to keep from being found along with everything else they is trying to hide.The other things is that they was getting State tax payers dollars and Federal tax payers dollars for the same inmate .That is why they was trying to pay people off.

The thing is that has me mess-up between the Federal government and the State of Georgia government is that. Are you ready for this?They the CIA are the owners of the private prisons and that is why they made it the news to find out where all of the CIA private prisons was. And because of that is what made the Federal government violate me. Because I was doing time in what they didn't want to be know is Federal prisons that was housing only State inmates.And they had given evryone in Coffee County Prison Grind Sheet causing them all to max out. ONE PRISON, ONE MAN:

One prison and one man has been causing a chain of events to happen ever since 2001 starting with 9/11. And now the State of Georgia is trying to take communities off the map.As long as people live there they can't take them of the map. There is a place they had on 60 Minutes that everyone has let except one person and that place is still on the map. If that the case than they wouldn't have to pay taxes anymore because if you can't find the community it or the people they don't exist. Truth is,is that they are trying to make Nicholas Georgia not exist because they have on the listing ,Nicholasville,Nicholsville and Nicklesville. They can't say Nicholas because evryone would know. Nicholas Georgia is Coffee County that is where Coffee County Prison is. They also have Glenn, I only know of Glenn County Georgia, Brunswick.These places alot of them are fictional. They are just trying to hide the prison so that people would think that my story isn't real.They just don't know it's over.

STOP THE HARASSMENT:

First of all they have started harassing the tenents of SRO on East Duffy Street by telling them that they can no longer lock there bikes up to the porch rails that are in the back of the building.There is no place else to keep your bike when everyone there has one. Next it has been almost two months since I have been getting Savannah Morning News Paper 10/16 06 and I have never been billed for it. If you don't recieve a bill you don't owe anyone.And everyone knows that I don't have any source of income or insurance,you can't get butter from a duck.The only reason why I signed up to get Savannah Morning News is because sign up was free. This is who signed me up James Johnson and where Kroger on Gwinnett Street. So that you will all know that my website is a mass murder investigation that happened at Coffee County Prison (Read October 25, 2005 Entitled What Happened to the Mass Grave?)That is the reason why they made the mass grave public and is yet to tell about it. And also why they got busted in the Jennifer Ross case because it was whitefolks and they tried to cover it up. The story was put on the web so that everyone would get the same story. The investigation computer was given to the public and law enforcement to investigate,in which it's name is Cobra.

It's not hard to see that this city is conspiring along with the State of Georgia against me.Mark Taylor made public that his political career was over starting the day he lost the election. But we will see when January comes he still has his website neither website has government addresses www.marktaylor.com And Governor Sonny Perdue put up a personal website just so that I would e-mail my website to him. Sonnydo.com He is in the government and there is no government on that e-mail address.(Read April 13,2006 Entitled Entitled Tax Payer's Dollars). And (October 25,2005 Entitled State of Georgia).They think that they are smart ,well they out smarted themself because the investigation computer is linked to the federal government. The State of Georgia is the ones that have been denying me medical insurance when they know that I have a heart problem.(July 29, 2005 Entititled My Heart Specialist that gave me a no work profile).And the reason for the profile is because I had severe chest pain, to the point that they have to put dye into my artery to see if there was a blockage.And because of that I was given the profile because it cause me to have shortest of breath,and I can't lift anything over 15 pounds.So what they are doing by refusing me social security and medicare. They are waiting around like bizzards for me to die because they can't kill me.And you see on the news that governments will kill you, the ex-spy and all the CIA of Watergate was killed.Don't take my word for it check it out for yourself ,go to google search and put in Watergate scandal.The State of Georgia was trucking in illegal drug into the City of Savannah useing government trucks to do it. So that this city would become infected with drugs in the black neigborhood and make blacks look like they are nothing but criminals.The thing is, is that in order for drugs to get into our neigborhood it must first come from the whitefolk,we don't have that kind of money if we did we wouldn't be living in poverty.Do that make any sense to you?(December 1, 2005 Entitled News Flash Partners with the Criminals).They have no intention of paying they have even recertified me for foodstamps for six more months.(September 22, 2006 Entitled Foodstamp Verification (Edited)
