Your Medicaid case became active April 1, 2006 and a buy-in occurred on May 1, 2006 to pick up your Medicare premium. the correction was made to your name on the day of application, before the case was opened. The Georgia Health Partnership had already fixed the problem by the time Medicaid began. The reimbursement for April should have been in your Social security check in May. Your Medicare premium has been paid since that time.

Now this person along with other people was sent letters last year stating that they would be reimbursed the money that was taken and it would be about a year of reimbursement pay that they owe,but they are trying to make it look like it was a month and that that months reimbursement was add to the year raise of therir check. They can't do that it must be a separate check. The governments has been proven to have domestic terrorist in it. And because of them covering-up this murder investigation they all can be charged with accessory after the fact to murder. My friend Kenneth Williams that they killed in Coffee County Prison was a prison officer . You got to be cerified by the State to carry a gun. You mean to tell me they don't know what was going on in that prison,I don't think so and all of the State Of Georgia should be held responsible. Now they are stopping the female friend of mind that I talked about on this website from getting her monthly check. She is the one that I am helping because she have a drug problem and can't get help for it. Because there is nolong term inpatient places here in Savannah for her to go too in which she really need. Just left the social security office 4/4/07. And this is what I found out and was given. The State of Georgia has put people into the social security office and I can't get around them because of the STATE HAVE THESE SYSTEMS. So every time I go, I meet the same person and they tell me "I remember you" before I even start talking. They raped and punked the men and the women that they keep hostage in Coffee County Prison. I didn't want to say it before because it is so hideous of a crime.That is why I have a topic on this site entitle The most Hideous crime of Our Time. And I am Being held hostage in this city because I can't get any money to get out and you all are a witness to it. So that makes you apart of it. And it was placed in three prison accounts and they made the big checks public to give away tax payer's dollars.What I over heard is that they was useing what they thought they had moved of my money and was building the hotels and different things around town to make it look as if they had given me my money and was handling my affairs while at the same time keeping me hidden. And they had set it up to make me look as if I was incompetent to handle my own money.(Read December 8,2005 Entitled Is It Georgia State Government or The Untied States Government). And now they are bring 700,000 people here to try and make the money back. And useing the Peachcare Health program claiming it's going broke.But what they don't tell you is that they had to use that money to replace what they give out in the Big Check of tax payer's dollars so that no one would find out what had happened when there wasn't any real money that had been moved. They are useing the kids health program as an escape goat to get the federal government to bail them. These are crooks in the government. Because they can't get the money as they had planned from Medicaid because it don't exist anymore.

SLEEP IS MY ONLY PEACE:

From December 2001 until now sleep has been my only peace from the torcher that I'm going through. Because of the radiated system that they have on me that are being used. And there is nothing that they can do about it because the people that are useing them on me are themself radiated and caught in radiation of a low level in Coffee County Prison.And they are surrounded with these systems and can't get away from them.They surround me and speak to me with the use of these systems in thin air .When I first wrote the President in 2002 Reconnaissance Planes was used to listen to the systems that are on me. One time at Central State Prison in Macon,Ga. And again at Phillips State Prison in Buford, Ga. They both flew at very low level because the systems the these people are using at Coffee County Prison are ground level and can only be heard at low level.That was the reason that they used the unmarked blimp and later put Mutual Insurance on it.The pain that I feel and wake-up with everyday of my life is excruciating and the can only be felt because it is in the skin but can be seen, is like electricity going through my skin.It is aggravating and painful and they know that they are doing something that is had for me to prove. That is why they are trying to make me a mental patient because to talk about it and can't prove it would make people think that something is wrong with me,but it's not. If what I said was not true then why is it that they don't talk to me.
