G-D will never change the condition of a people or place until they first change themself.(Qur'an) Now it has been in the news that the blue and white Medicaid card nolong is of use. And people was written to about the State of Georgia is suppose to reimburse people that was on Medicaid the money that they took. But the State of Georgia has now sent letters to those same people saying that it was a mistake. This is from one of those letters.

After looking through your case,our Program Specialist determined that no reimbursement was due. Your Medicaid case became active April 1, 2006 and a buy-in occurred on May 1, 2006 to pick up your Medicare premium. the correction was made to your name on the day of application, before the case was opened. The Georgia Health Partnership had already fixed the problem by the time Medicaid began. The reimbursement for April should have been in your Social security check in May. Your Medicare premium has been paid since that time.

Now this person along with other people was sent letters last year stating that they would be reimbursed the money that was taken and it would be about a year of reimbursement pay that they owe,but they are trying to make it look like it was a month and that that months reimbursement was add to the year raise of therir check. They can't do that it must be a separate check. And once again they have sent another letter trying to get people to reinstate their Medicaid card in which they didn't even get Medicaid.This is that letter that don't even speak of Medicaid in it's letter but the form to fillout states (Georgia Department of Human
