I went to his office today and give him the same thing that I received from social security and from the Psychologist George L. (Woods) Miller, III, Psy. D. And he told me that I need to go to two more doctors before he can do anything.This is a fool.He is a blue eye devil and a punk and I threaten by tell him that it is his lost. I believe he's a Puck. I told him I don't have a record.You people are nothing to play with .One man is fighting two government by his self I believe he is a fool as well and I hope he don't like it.
