THE BIG QUESTION?

Why is it that a black person was give the most powerful insurance in the world? The answer to that is that white folks are in power and would never tell on themself.That is the same as the government can't investigate themself. When a police is in trouble Internal Affairs investigates which is the public. And when the government is in trouble the public investigates.
