In the Korean and Chinese convenient stores they are forcing people to make a minimum of a two dollars purchase before you are allowed to purchase anything with an EBT card or food stamps. And this is going on all across the country in these stores. They don't ask you to spend a minimum of two dollars when you are using cash, so what is going on is that they are discriminating against people who use EBT or food stamps.
