Well the deal is is that I can no longer pay for my Hargray card phone so to contract me you will have to call me at B&J Personal Care Home were I do volunteer work to pay rent and phone.But now because as I have said they see though my eyes and now they are messing with the owner on the place checks,because the are sending her checks to her every fifteenth of the month and these people are all on fix income from the US government.And everybody got to wait to get paid on the fifteenth of each month.So you can contract me at (912)201-2333.

This is to response to your letter concerning mail service at your institution.We understand your concern but the situation you describe does not come under the authority of the United States Postal Service.

The jurisdiction of the Postal Service over mail addressed to person receiving their mail at an institution ends upon delivery. Forwarding of any mail for former inmates is also the responsiblity of the institution.We suggest that you contact authorities at your institution about internal mail regulations or pursue applicable grievance procedures. You may wish to contact a representative of the American civil Liberties Union (ACLU) about this issue. Write to:

This letter was written because I was, as I still am being tortured and to get help. I was writing a Lawyer,The United States Marshal and the Parole Board telling them all that was going on.Only the Grievance to the Parole Board came back .Which it had been mailed from D-Ray James Prison. But the other mail was picked up from the post office by the prison I was told .And it was read back to me over this system that only I can hear. Those letters was sent from Central State Prison in Macon.
