IN THE BEGINNING

THE CONSPIRACY

The reason that the State of Georgia have been playing with my life is because of these three people ,the Warden of Coffee County prison L.V.Plentl, and two parole board members Garfield Hammonds,Jr. and J.Michael Light,which they are all trapped in the dungeon at that prison and can't get out because of the radiation.
And the story continue;
It was December 18,2001 and I was at Central State Prison in Macon,Ga. that I wrote to the Parole Board of Georgia, But it was n't complete to mail until January because of the holidays.So just before I mailed the letter it was announced by the Warden of that prison that the Commissioner of Corrections was coming.And so I waited until he came and left before I mailed the letter. But to my surprize when he came into the dorm, he came straight to me and looked at my ID and then ask was my number changed, and in return I replied that it had'nt been at that time.But when I got tranfered to Phillips State prison after being there for awhile it was changed,from my EF #409414 to a DC #132089 which was not my number because after April 15,2002 my record had already been taken.So this number came up in someone else name,because the Counselor at that prison pulled it up and it was'nt my record,but for some reason I was placed under that number by accident by the Counselor. But the person that,that number belongs to I believe is dead because no two people can have the same number.
But back to the subject,the Commisioner came and checked my number and after he left I mailed the letter to the Parole Board and wrote The President of the United States,George W. Bush.I believe that the letter to the State is what cause the State to go and investigate Coffee County Prison because I also told them where the dungeon was and all three of them went including the Commissioner.And they all got caught in the radiation and are still there. That is the reason one hundred and thirty people were fired from the the Department of Correction in 2002.The whole Department of Corrections was fired so that no one would find out what had happen.
